SAMSONITE(01910.HK): Cash Dividend of Approximately USD140 Million to Be Distributed, USD0.1026 Per Share (Before Tax), Payment Date on 15 July

NewTimeSpace News: Samsonite Group S.A. (01910.HK) announced a cash dividend of around USD140 million, equivalent to USD0.1026 per share before tax, payable on 15 July. No dividends will be distributed for treasury shares. Shareholders registered in Hong Kong will receive dividends in Hong Kong Dollars (HK$0.8012 per share before tax), while other shareholders will be paid in US Dollars. The dividend has been approved at the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders.
NewTimeSpace News: On 23 June 2026, Samsonite Group S.A. (01910.HK) issued an announcement. Calculated based on the number of outstanding shares (excluding treasury shares) as at the dividend record date of 22 June 2026, a cash dividend of USD140 million, or approximately USD0.1026 per share before tax, will be distributed on 15 July 2026. After deducting applicable Luxembourg withholding tax at a rate of 15%, the after-tax dividend amounts to around USD0.0872 per share. As at the record date, the Company held a total of 106,399,200 treasury shares, for which no dividends will be received.
The dividend was approved by shareholders at the Annual General Meeting held on 4 June 2026. All shareholders will receive dividend payments in US Dollars, save for shareholders whose names appear on the Hong Kong register of members, who will be paid in Hong Kong Dollars at an exchange rate of USD1 to HK$7.806, representing approximately HK$0.8012 per share before tax. The dividend was proposed by the Company alongside its full-year results announcement released on 20 March 2026.
