SILVER GRANT (00171.HK): Gets HKEX Guidance on Trading Suspension

NewTimeSpace News: On 30 September 2026, Silver Grant International Holdings Group Limited (stock code: 00171.HK) announced guidance on the suspension of trading in its shares. On 29 September 2026, the Company received a letter from the Stock Exchange setting out guidance on the suspension of trading in the Company's shares.

Under Rule 6.01A(1) of the Listing Rules, the Stock Exchange may cancel the listing of any securities that have been suspended from trading for a continuous period of 18 months; in the case of the Company, the 18-month period expires on 24 March 2028. If the Company fails to resume trading in its shares by 24 March 2028, the Listing Division of the Stock Exchange will recommend the Listing Committee to proceed with the cancellation of the Company's listing. Under Rules 6.01 and 6.10 of the Listing Rules, the Stock Exchange also has the power to impose a shorter specific remedial period or cancel the listing of the Company immediately, if appropriate.

The Company is seeking legal advice on the direction and how to address and resolve the Commission's concerns and resume trading of the Company's shares, and will make further announcement(s) as and when appropriate. As directed by the Commission, trading in the shares of the Company on the Stock Exchange has been suspended with effect from 9:00 a.m. on 25 September 2026 and will remain suspended until further notice.
