SILVER GRANT (00171.HK): Appoints Mr. Zeng Wenying as Independent Non-Executive Director

Mr. Zeng, aged 40, has 17 years of experience in private equity and investment management in China. He is a partner of Shenzhen Zeyi Private Equity Venture Capital Fund Management Co., Ltd., and previously served as a senior investment manager at Shenzhen Capital Group Co., Ltd. and executive general manager at Guangzhou Yuedi Industry Investment Fund Management Co., Ltd. Following the appointment, the Company has complied with the Listing Rules requirements on the number of independent non-executive directors and board committee composition.
