NewTimeSpace News: On 30 September 2026, MeiG Smart Technology Co., Ltd. (stock code: 03268.HK) announced that its board on 4 September 2026 approved setting up a joint venture with Zhaoge Venture Investment (Shenzhen) Partnership and Suzhou Xingyuan Optoelectronics Technology Co., Ltd., namely Meige Guangxin (Shanghai) Technology Co., Ltd.

The joint venture has completed industrial and commercial registration and obtained a business licence from the Shanghai Minhang District Market Supervision Administration. Its unified social credit code is 91310112MAKN5XJB2Y, and it is a limited liability company domiciled in Minhang District, Shanghai. Its legal representative is Li Peng, registered capital is RMB 100 million, and it was established on 28 September 2026. Its business scope covers R&D of electronic specialty materials, optoelectronic devices, optical communication and network equipment, integrated circuit chips, and AI software and system integration.
