SDMC (00901.HK): Files with CSRC for H Share Full Circulation

NewTimeSpace News: On 28 September 2026, Shenzhen SDMC Technology Co., Ltd. (stock code: 00901.HK) announced that the Company has submitted a filing application to the CSRC in relation to the proposed implementation of the H Share Full Circulation for the conversion of an aggregate of 135,755 Unlisted Shares into H Shares on a one-for-one basis. Reference is made to the Company's announcement dated 24 September 2026, and the announcement is made pursuant to Rule 13.09(2)(a) of the Listing Rules and the Inside Information Provisions under Part XIVA of the Securities and Futures Ordinance (Chapter 571 of the Laws of Hong Kong).

Upon completion of all the filing requirements (including the filing with the CSRC) and obtaining all the relevant approvals (including the approval of the Conversion and Listing by the Stock Exchange) and compliance with all applicable laws, regulations and rules, 135,755 Unlisted Shares will be converted into 135,755 H Shares, which will be listed and traded on the Stock Exchange.

As at the date of the announcement, the Company has not yet applied to the Stock Exchange for the Conversion and Listing, and the details of its implementation plan in relation to the H Share Full Circulation and the Conversion and Listing have not yet been finalized. The H Share Full Circulation and the Conversion and Listing are subject to other relevant procedures as required by the CSRC, the Stock Exchange and other relevant domestic and overseas regulatory authorities, and the Company will make further announcement(s) on the progress as and when appropriate.
