SDMC (00901.HK): Dang Hui appointed Joint Company Secretary and Authorized Representative, waiver granted from company secretary qualification requirements
NewTimeSpace News: On 20 August 2026, Shenzhen SDMC Technology Co., Ltd. (stock code: 00901) announced that Ms. Li Jianyi has resigned as Joint Company Secretary and Authorized Representative to focus on other matters, effective 20 August 2026; Executive Director Ms. Dang Hui has been appointed as Joint Company Secretary and Authorized Representative, effective the same day.
According to the announcement, Ms. Dang, aged 50, is an Executive Director and General Manager of the Company's Finance and Management Department, joining the Group in May 2021; she previously served in the Finance, Tax and Capital Department of ZTE Corporation (00763.HK) (October 2004 to January 2016) and as Assistant to the General Manager and Director of the Finance and Management Department of Shenzhen Coship Electronics Co., Ltd. (002052.SZ). As Ms. Dang currently does not hold the company secretary qualifications required under Rule 3.28 of the Listing Rules, the Company has applied to and been granted a waiver by the Stock Exchange from strict compliance with Rules 3.28 and 8.17 for a period of three years (the waiver period), subject to the conditions that Ms. Dang be assisted by the qualified joint company secretary Ms. Bao Suyi and that the waiver may be revoked in case of serious breach of the Listing Rules.
The announcement states that Ms. Bao is a company secretarial services manager of Tricor Professional Business Services Limited, a member of Tricor Group, with over 10 years of experience in corporate services, being a member of the Hong Kong Chartered Governance Institute and The Chartered Governance Institute (UK), and will work closely with and assist Ms. Dang in performing the joint company secretary functions.
