In AI computing and storage, the parties will combine the Group's research, manufacturing and technical strengths in PCBs with SVA's strengths in market channels, customer resources, project implementation and value-added technical services to provide technology products and integrated solutions to government bodies, public institutions and commercial enterprises.
The announcement noted that SVA is a technology solutions value-added service provider established in Hong Kong in 2018, with a business network covering the Greater Bay Area and the Asia-Pacific region, long serving the Hong Kong government, public institutions and large commercial enterprises, and has entered into a value-added distributor agreement with AGIBOT PTE. LTD. As the cooperation agreement is not legally binding on the potential cooperation projects with SVA, such potential cooperation projects may or may not proceed.
