IMAGI INT'L (00585.HK): Change of Audit Committee Chairman — Tam Man Hong Succeeds Miao Xi

NewTimeSpace News: On 18 September 2026, Imagi International Holdings Limited (stock code: 00585) announced that, with effect from 18 September 2026, Miao Xi, an independent non-executive director, ceased to be the chairman of the Company's audit committee but remains an independent non-executive director and a member of each of the audit committee, the nomination committee and the remuneration committee; and Tam Man Hong, an independent non-executive director, has been appointed as the chairman of the audit committee and continues to serve as the chairman of the remuneration committee and a member of the nomination committee.

Tam Man Hong was certified as a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) by the CFA Institute in September 2002, and became a fellow of CPA Australia in February 2016 and a member of the Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants in January 2003.
