As stated in the announcement, the board lot size for trading of the Company’s shares on the Main Board of HKEX will be changed from 8,000 shares to 500 shares, with effect from 9:00 a.m. on 24 August 2026. Calculated based on the closing price of HK$3.68 per share quoted on HKEX on the announcement date, the market value of the existing board lot of 8,000 shares is HK$29,440, while the market value of the new board lot of 500 shares will be reduced to HK$1,840.
The first day for free exchange of existing share certificates for new share certificates is 10 August 2026 and the last day is 15 September 2026. New share certificates will be issued in board lots of 500 shares, and existing share certificates will remain valid evidence of legal ownership. Parallel trading of shares (in board lots of 500 shares and 8,000 shares) will be conducted from 24 August 2026 to 11 September 2026.
