SHENZHEN INT'L (00152.HK): Completes Issue of RMB 1 Billion 2026 Fifth Tranche Medium-Term Notes at 1.65% Coupon

NewTimeSpace News: On 14 September 2026, Shenzhen International Holdings Limited (stock code: 00152.HK) announced on a voluntary basis that it completed the issue of RMB 1 billion of its 2026 fifth tranche medium-term notes on 14 September 2026, with a coupon rate of 1.65% and a term of five years.

The announcement disclosed that the Company had obtained approval from the National Association of Financial Market Institutional Investors for the registration of multi-variety debt financing instruments in an aggregate amount of not more than RMB 10 billion, and had previously completed the issue of its 2024 first tranche medium-term notes (RMB 4 billion) and its 2026 first to fourth tranche medium-term notes (RMB 1 billion, RMB 2 billion, RMB 1 billion and RMB 1 billion respectively). Documents relating to the issue of the 2026 fifth tranche medium-term notes have been published on the websites of China Money and the Shanghai Clearing House.
