NewTimeSpace News: On July 6, 2026, Shenzhen International (00152.HK) announced that it has completed the issuance of Phase 2 medium-term notes of 2026. The issuance amount totals RMB 2 billion with a coupon rate of 1.53% and a maturity term of 3 years.
As disclosed in the announcement, Shenzhen International has previously obtained registration approval from the National Association of Financial Market Institutional Investors (NAFMII) for multi-variety debt financing instruments with an aggregate principal amount not exceeding RMB 10 billion. The Company issued medium-term notes worth RMB 4 billion and RMB 1 billion in October 2024 and January 2026 respectively.
