SHENZHEN INT'L (00152.HK): Completes issuance of RMB 1 billion medium-term notes (tranche four) at 2.07%

On 11 September 2026, SHENZHEN INT'L (00152.HK) announced the completion of its 2026 fourth tranche of medium-term notes, comprising RMB 1 billion with a coupon rate of 2.07% and a 10-year term; the company had obtained approval to register multi-variety debt financing instruments of up to RMB 10 billion and has previously issued its 2024 first tranche (RMB 4 billion) and 2026 first to third tranches (RMB 1 billion, RMB 2 billion and RMB 1 billion), with issuance documents published on ChinaMoney and the Shanghai Clearing House website.

NewTimeSpace News: On 11 September 2026, Shenzhen International Holdings Limited (stock code: 00152) announced on a voluntary basis that it completed the issuance of RMB 1 billion of its 2026 fourth tranche of medium-term notes on 11 September 2026, with a coupon rate of 2.07% and a term of 10 years.

According to the announcement, the company had obtained approval from the National Association of Financial Market Institutional Investors for the registration of multi-variety debt financing instruments with an aggregate amount not exceeding RMB 10 billion, and had previously issued its 2024 first tranche of medium-term notes (RMB 4 billion) and its 2026 first, second and third tranches (RMB 1 billion, RMB 2 billion and RMB 1 billion respectively).

The documents relating to the issuance of the 2026 fourth tranche of medium-term notes were published on the websites of ChinaMoney and Shanghai Clearing House respectively.
