(stock code: 02012) issued a supplementary announcement in relation to its announcement of 23 August 2026 regarding the establishment of a joint venture. The artificial intelligence computing power joint venture jointly invested in by the company and a number of joint venture partners, originally intended to be named Dineng Zhisuan AI (Beidaihe) Co., Ltd., has completed the industrial and commercial registration procedures and has been formally incorporated under the registered name Dineng Zhisuan AI (Qinhuangdao Beidaihe District) Co., Ltd.

According to the announcement, one of the joint venture partners, Jiangsu Zhongke Supply Chain Management Co., Ltd., has been renamed Zhongke (Nanjing) Investment Holdings Co., Ltd. The overall design plan for the project has been finalised, and the relevant approval procedures are being advanced as planned, with pre-construction preparations proceeding in parallel.
