SUNSHINE OIL (02012.HK): Has Fully Repaid Amounts Owed to Winding-up Petitioner

(the "Company") announced an update on the winding-up petition, referring to its announcements dated 2 September 2026 and 5 August 2026 regarding the petition filed with the High Court of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region by Ms. Zhu Huiwen (the "Petitioner").
