VIEWTRIX TECH (03310.HK): Appoints Mr. Yao Xun as Board Secretary

NewTimeSpace News: On 9 September 2026, Viewtrix Technology Co., Ltd (stock code: 03310) announced the appointment of Mr. Yao Xun as the Company's board secretary, with effect from 9 September 2026.

Mr. Yao, aged 36, obtained a master's degree in finance from The Chinese University of Hong Kong in November 2016 and is a non-practising member of the Chinese Institute of Certified Public Accountants. From January 2018 to September 2026, he served as director of the investment banking department and sponsor representative at China International Capital Corporation Limited (stock codes: 03908.HK and 601995.SH), leading numerous domestic and overseas IPOs and subsequent capital market exercises. The Board believes his extensive experience in A-share and H-share capital markets, listings, refinancing and investor relations will strengthen the Company's governance, regulatory compliance and capital operation capabilities.
