VIEWTRIX TECH (03310.HK): Plans to establish China operations headquarters in Zhuhai to coordinate mainland R&D, operations and management
NewTimeSpace News: On 27 August 2026, Viewtrix Technology Co., Ltd. (stock code: 03310) voluntarily announced that, in line with the Group's strategic layout, it plans to establish a China operations headquarters in Zhuhai, Guangdong Province, to coordinate the Group's R&D, operations and management functions in mainland China.
The Company has incorporated a wholly-owned subsidiary, Zhuhai Viewtrix Technology Co., Ltd., in Zhuhai as the implementation entity for establishing and operating the Zhuhai headquarters. The registered address of the Zhuhai headquarters is Room 540, Zone C, 1/F, Building 24, Gangwan No.1 Science and Innovation Park, No.1 Jintang Road, Tangjiawan Town, Zhuhai High-tech Zone (concentrated office area).
The Board believes that the establishment of the Zhuhai headquarters will bring three main benefits: Zhuhai is accelerating the development of its integrated circuit and semiconductor industry with a favorable environment for industrial supporting facilities, policy support and talent attraction, which is conducive to the long-term development of the Group's display driver chip design business; Zhuhai and the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area host abundant IC design talent, helping the Group to continuously expand its R&D team; and Zhuhai's proximity to the display panel and smart terminal industry chain in the Pearl River Delta strengthens collaboration with customers and industry chain partners, together with reasonable operating cost advantages.
The announcement stated that the incorporation of the Zhuhai subsidiary and the establishment of the Zhuhai headquarters do not constitute discloseable transactions under Chapter 14 of the Listing Rules nor connected transactions under Chapter 14A. The specific progress, staffing and business arrangements of the Zhuhai headquarters will be advanced in light of the Group's business development needs.
