VIEWTRIX TECH (03310.HK): H shares included in Stock Connect eligible securities list effective 7 September

NewTimeSpace News: On 7 September 2026, Viewtrix Technology Co., Ltd. (stock code: 03310) voluntarily announced that, in accordance with the relevant provisions of the Implementation Rules for the Shanghai-Hong Kong Stock Connect of the Shanghai Stock Exchange and the Implementation Rules for the Shenzhen-Hong Kong Stock Connect of the Shenzhen Stock Exchange, the Company's H shares listed on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange have been included in the eligible securities lists under the Shanghai-Hong Kong Stock Connect and the Shenzhen-Hong Kong Stock Connect (collectively, "Stock Connect") with effect from 7 September 2026.

Following the inclusion, eligible investors in Mainland China can invest directly in the Company's H shares listed on the Stock Exchange through the Shanghai Stock Exchange and the Shenzhen Stock Exchange respectively. The Board considers that the inclusion will help broaden the Company's investor base and potentially enhance the trading liquidity of its H shares.
