On 7 September 2026, CENTRALCHINA MT (09982.HK) announced that executive director Ms. Liu Lin and company secretary and authorized representative Mr. Xie Ziqian had resigned, both effective from the same day. Following Mr. Xie's resignation, the company is temporarily non-compliant with Rules 3.05 and 3.28 of the Listing Rules; the board will identify replacements as soon as possible, with executive director Mr. Wang Kai and external company secretarial service providers and/or legal advisers assisting with compliance matters in the interim.

NewTimeSpace News: On 7 September 2026, Central China Management Company Limited (stock code: 09982) announced that Ms. Liu Lin had resigned as executive director of the company to devote more time to other business commitments, and Mr. Xie Ziqian had resigned as company secretary and authorized representative under Rule 3.05 of the Listing Rules due to personal work arrangements, both effective from 7 September 2026.

Ms. Liu confirmed that she has no disagreement with the board and that there are no matters relating to her resignation that need to be brought to the attention of the company's shareholders and The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited. The board expressed its sincere gratitude to Ms. Liu and Mr. Xie for their contributions during their tenures.

The announcement noted that, as Mr. Xie also served as the company's authorized representative under Rule 3.05, his resignation as company secretary means he also ceased to be an authorized representative, leaving the company non-compliant with Rules 3.05 and 3.28 of the Listing Rules. The board will identify suitable candidates to fill the vacancies as soon as possible and make further announcements in due course. Pending the appointment of a new company secretary and authorized representative, the company has arranged for executive director Mr. Wang Kai, together with external company secretarial service providers and/or legal advisers, to assist with Listing Rules compliance, corporate governance, announcements, statutory filings and communication with the Exchange, and will take all reasonable measures to restore compliance as soon as practicable.
