NewTimeSpace News: On August 14, 2026,CENTRAL CHINA MANAGEMENT COMPANY(09982.HK) announced that all conditions precedent set out in the subscription agreement had been satisfied, and the subscription was completed on August 14, 2026. The company allotted and issued 600 million shares to Subscriber A and 173 million shares to Subscriber B at HK$0.09 per subscription share, totaling approximately 773 million shares.

The announcement stated that upon completion of the subscription, the company's issued share capital increased from approximately 3.866 billion shares to approximately 4.639 billion shares. Shareholder King Link International Investment Limited's shareholding was diluted from 25.00% to 20.83%, Subscriber A's aggregate shareholding stood at 12.93%, Subscriber B's shareholding stood at 3.73%, and other public shareholders' shareholding was diluted from 64.29% to 53.58%.
