HENLIUS (02696.HK): Included in Stock Connect eligible securities list effective 7 September

(stock code: 02696) voluntarily announced that, pursuant to the "Notice on the Adjustment of Eligible Securities under the Shanghai-Hong Kong Stock Connect" and the "Announcement on the Adjustment of the Eligible Securities List under the Shenzhen-Hong Kong Stock Connect" published by the Shanghai Stock Exchange and the Shenzhen Stock Exchange respectively, the Company has been included in the eligible securities lists under the Shanghai-Hong Kong and Shenzhen-Hong Kong Stock Connect, formally effective from 7 September 2026.

The Shanghai-Hong Kong Stock Connect and the Shenzhen-Hong Kong Stock Connect are channels for stock trading and investment between investors in Hong Kong and Mainland China's capital markets. The inclusion of the Company in the eligible securities lists under Stock Connect will help broaden its shareholder base and enhance the trading liquidity of its shares, thereby further improving its investment value in the capital markets.
