DIDA INC-PF (02559.HK): Wang Xiaobo Appointed CEO amid Multiple Management Changes, Insufficient Public Float Flagged

NewTimeSpace News: On 28 August 2026, DIDA INC-PF (02559.HK) announced that Mr. Song Zhongjie resigned as CEO and was succeeded by Mr. Wang Xiaobo, Mr. Jiang Zhenyu resigned as CFO and was succeeded by Mr. Yan Yan, along with changes in vice presidents, company secretary and authorised representatives, all effective 28 August 2026; the Company was also flagged for a serious public float shortfall, with the listing to be cancelled if it fails to re-comply by 20 February 2028.

(stock code: 02559) announced a series of management changes: Mr. Song Zhongjie resigned as chief executive officer (remaining as chairman and executive director), with executive director Mr. Wang Xiaobo appointed as CEO in his place; Mr. Jiang Zhenyu resigned as chief financial officer, with Mr. Yan Yan appointed as CFO; Messrs. Li Yuejun, Li Jinlong and Duan Jianbo each resigned as vice presidents (all remaining as executive directors); and Messrs. Jiang and Ms. So Ka Man resigned as joint company secretaries, with Ms. Wong Ka Man appointed as the sole company secretary, also serving as authorised representative and agent for service of process.

According to the announcement, the new CEO, Mr. Wang, aged 44, has more than 20 years of experience in the internet and technology industry, previously serving at the Tongcheng Travel Group, where he was an assistant vice president from 2021 to 2026 in charge of ground transportation business. The new CFO, Mr. Yan, aged 37, has more than 10 years of experience in financial management and previously served at the Tongcheng Travel Group; he is a fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants. Mr. Wang will not receive any remuneration as CEO.

The Company also cautioned that, under Rule 13.32F of the Listing Rules, it is considered to have a serious shortfall in public float; if it fails to re-comply with the minimum public float requirement under Rule 13.32B by 20 February 2028, the Stock Exchange will cancel the listing of the shares.
