DIDA INC (02559.HK): Stock short names to change to DIDA INC-PF and 嘀嗒出行-PF from 25 August, public float severely insufficient

NewTimeSpace News: On 24 August 2026, Dida Inc. (stock code: 02559) announced that, with effect from 9:00 a.m. on 25 August 2026, the English stock short name for trading its shares on the Stock Exchange will be changed from DIDA INC to DIDA INC-PF, and the Chinese stock short name will be changed from 嘀嗒出行 to 嘀嗒出行-PF. The stock code remains unchanged at 02559.

The announcement stated that the Company is regarded as having a severe shortage of public float under Rule 13.32F of the Listing Rules, as it has failed to maintain the minimum public float required under Rule 13.32B. Shareholders and potential investors should exercise caution when trading in the Company's shares.

If the Company fails to re-comply with Rule 13.32B within the time limit set out in Rule 13.32G(3) (i.e. on or before 20 February 2028), the Stock Exchange will cancel the listing status of the shares. The special marker on the stock short name will be removed once the Company proves to the Stock Exchange and publishes an announcement notifying the public of its re-compliance.
