YUNJI (02670.HK): H-share full circulation approved by HKEX, 7.15 million unlisted shares to be converted and listed

(stock code: 02670) announced that the Stock Exchange has approved on 24 August 2026 the listing and trading of 7,153,544 H shares to be converted from unlisted shares pursuant to the proposed H-share full circulation, subject to the satisfaction of all other conditions for the conversion and listing.
The announcement stated that the conversion and listing involve two participating shareholders of the Company, holding an aggregate of 7,153,544 unlisted shares, representing approximately 10.2555% of the total issued shares of the Company (including treasury shares) as of the date of this announcement. Among them, Beijing Yunji Tianshi Management Partnership (Limited Partnership) will convert 1,236,326 shares, representing 1.7724%, and Anhui Artificial Intelligence Industry Investment Development Co., Ltd. will convert 5,917,218 shares, representing 8.4831%.
In terms of shareholding structure, the Company has an aggregate of 69,753,182 issued shares as of the date of this announcement, comprising 7,153,544 unlisted shares and 62,599,638 H shares (including 407,200 treasury H shares); upon completion of the conversion and listing, all 69,753,182 shares will be H shares and no unlisted shares will remain. The Company will make further announcements on the progress of the conversion and listing in due course in accordance with the Listing Rules and applicable laws.
