In the first nine months of 2026, the Group's robot operations continued to grow steadily, with products cumulatively covering over 45,000 hotels, while hotel group clients continued to expand their use of HDOS. Acting as the core mobile technology and module provider, the Group is extending its reach through ecosystem partners into healthcare, factories and property management services.

The Company disclosed that average daily concurrently online robots grew approximately 20% to 25% year on year during the reporting period, and tasks completed grew approximately 25% to 30%. Its newly launched noodle-cooking robot extends in-room services into food and beverage, allowing small and medium-sized hotels to serve freshly made noodles at every mealtime without the cost of a dedicated chef, and the product has been included in the mandatory new-store opening procurement list of a major hotel group client. On the ecosystem front, the 1,000-robot order with Wild Bird has entered phased delivery, the Runyi project order covering 100 robots has begun deployment across several hospitals, and the Group has signed another strategic cooperation agreement covering 2,000 robots, which are scheduled for delivery in 2027.

The Company further disclosed that total HDOS clients exceeded 5,000, up approximately 230% year on year, with paying clients up approximately 220%, driven mainly by existing hotel group clients expanding HDOS subscriptions and new hotel brand clients signed in the third quarter. In the agent ecosystem, the Group has signed strategic cooperation agreements with Taobao Instant Commerce and Meituan to route platform orders into its robot delivery network, covering approximately 400 residential properties, with the highest-order property handling about 650 orders a day, and the Group plans to earn revenue through an order-based revenue share from fulfilled orders, which has not yet been monetised. Overseas, the Group recently entered Central Asia and Norway and expects to sign robot sales orders with distributors in Norway, Greece, Germany and France within the coming month.

The Company cautioned that the operating data is compiled from the Group's internal records and does not constitute a results announcement or forecast of the Group.
