YUNJI (02670.HK): Chairwoman and CEO Voluntarily Extend Lock-up to 15 October 2027
NewTimeSpace News: Beijing Yunji Technology Co., Ltd. (stock code: 02670) voluntarily announced on 16 October 2026 that Ms. Zhi Tao, Chairwoman, Executive Director and President of the Company, and Mr. Li Quanyin, Executive Director and Chief Executive Officer, have voluntarily undertaken to extend the lock-up period for their directly held shares to 15 October 2027.
Under the undertakings, during the 12-month period from 16 October 2026 to 15 October 2027 (inclusive of both dates), neither of them will sell, transfer, dispose of or otherwise reduce their respective directly held shares, namely 60,161,930 shares held by Ms. Zhi and 13,787,960 shares held by Mr. Li, representing approximately 8.62% and 1.98% respectively of the Company's issued shares (including treasury shares) as at the date of the announcement.
The Company further explained that Beijing Yunjishashen Management Partnership (Limited Partnership) is the Company's employee shareholding platform, of which Ms. Zhi is the general partner and is therefore deemed to be interested in all shares held by Yunjishashen Management. As incentive recipients dispose of their awards under the pre-IPO employee shareholding plan, the number of shares held by Yunjishashen Management and the number of shares in which Ms. Zhi is deemed to be interested may decrease accordingly; such changes arise from the implementation of the employee incentive arrangement and do not represent a disposal by Ms. Zhi of shares held as beneficial owner.
