HKEX: listing status of GREENTECH INTL (00195.HK) to be cancelled from 24 August

NewTimeSpace News: On 20 August 2026, The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited announced that, with effect from 9:00 a.m. on 24 August 2026, the listing status of Greentech Technology International Limited will be cancelled under Rule 6.01A(1) of the Listing Rules.

According to the announcement, the Company's shares have been suspended since 2 September 2024, and the Company failed to resume trading by fulfilling the resumption guidance set by the Exchange on or before 1 March 2026; the Listing Committee decided to cancel the Company's listing status on 17 April 2026, the Company applied for a review on 27 April 2026, and the Listing Review Committee upheld the cancellation decision on 11 August 2026. The Exchange advises shareholders to seek appropriate professional advice if they have any questions regarding the impact of the delisting.
