GREENTECH INTL (00195.HK): listing cancelled by the Stock Exchange, effective 24 August

NewTimeSpace News: On 19 August 2026, Greentech Technology International Limited (stock code: 00195) announced that the Stock Exchange notified the Company by letter on 12 August 2026 that the last day of listing of the shares will be 21 August 2026, with the listing status of the shares to be cancelled from 9:00 a.m. on 24 August 2026, and trading in the shares on the Stock Exchange will remain suspended until the last day of listing.

According to the announcement, the Listing Review Committee had previously announced on 12 August 2026 that it upheld the decision of the Listing Committee to cancel the Company's listing status under Rule 6.01A(1) of the Listing Rules. The Company reminds that after the last day of listing, although the share certificates remain valid, the shares will no longer be listed on the Stock Exchange and cannot be traded thereon, and the Company will no longer be subject to the Listing Rules or able to settle through the Central Clearing and Settlement System (CCASS).
