Green Technology International(00195.HK): Geo Environ (HK) Raises Partial Offer Price to HK$0.45, Premium of 60.71%

newtimespace.com reports, Green Technology International Limited announced that the offeror, Geo Environ (HK) Investment Limited, intends to revise the partial offer by increasing the offer price per share from HK$0.25 to HK$0.45. The maximum number of offer shares under the revised partial offer remains unchanged at 220,000,000 shares. Based on the revised offer price of HK$0.45 per share and assuming valid acceptance of all 220,000,000 offer shares by qualifying shareholders, the total cash consideration payable by the offeror would be HK$99,000,000. The revised offer price of HK$0.45 per share represents a premium of approximately 60.71% over the closing price of HK$0.28 per share on 30 August 2024 (the last trading day), and a premium of 12.50% over the average closing price of HK$0.40 per share for the last five consecutive trading days prior to the last trading day. The offeror noted the competing offer from Yellowstone International Limited announced on 15 June 2026 to acquire up to 230,000,000 shares at HK$0.40 per share. Beijing Gaoneng Times, the holding company of the offeror, obtained the necessary approval from its shareholders at the extraordinary general meeting held on 9 July 2026. The date for despatch of the offer document has been further extended to 20 July 2026.
