ASIAINFO TECH (01675.HK): Grants 1,000,000 Share Options to Employees at HKD 4.522 Per Share

NewTimeSpace News: On 13 August 2026, AsiaInfo Technologies Limited (stock code: 01675) announced that it granted 1,000,000 share options to Group employees under the share option scheme adopted on 25 November 2019, entitling them to subscribe for up to 1,000,000 ordinary shares, representing approximately 0.11% of the total issued shares (939,988,940 shares).

The exercise price is HKD 4.522 per share, being the higher of the closing price on the date of grant (HKD 4.110) and the average closing price over the five trading days immediately preceding the grant date (approximately HKD 4.522). The options are valid for ten years and vest 40%, 30% and 30% on the first, second and third anniversaries of the grant date, subject to the grantees meeting performance targets. After the grant, 18,000,474 shares remain available for future grant under the scheme.
