ASIAINFO TECH (01675.HK): Signs "Moonshot Plan" cooperation agreement with Moonshot AI for enterprise-level Agentic AI collaboration

NewTimeSpace News: On 25 August 2026, AsiaInfo Technologies Limited (stock code: 01675) announced that AsiaInfo Technologies (China) Co., Ltd., a wholly owned subsidiary of the Company, recently signed a "Moonshot Plan" framework cooperation agreement with Beijing Moonshot AI Technology Co., Ltd. (Moonshot AI), under which the two parties will carry out comprehensive cooperation in Agentic AI in the enterprise services field based on their respective strengths. The Group is Moonshot AI's preferred partner in the telecommunications industry, and Moonshot AI will provide all-round support with equal priority.

The announcement stated that the two parties will conduct in-depth cooperation in areas including Token and API service supply, private deployment of models, building of industry agents and large model security, centering on the Kimi large model and the enterprise-level AI market. In terms of Token and API services, leveraging the Group's product capabilities in Token operations and Moonshot AI's advantages in the Kimi large model and Token supply, the two parties will provide customers with an end-to-end closed loop from computing power coordination to Token metering, billing and optimization; in terms of FDE joint delivery, combining Kimi's capabilities with the Group's end-to-end delivery experience and FDE team resources, the two parties will provide integrated solutions covering private deployment of large models, parameter tuning, industry agent building and implementation and operation and maintenance; in addition, the two parties will jointly explore overseas markets and cooperate on products, solutions and markets in large model security and agent security. The two parties have established a comprehensive cooperation mechanism, including joint working groups, regular senior management meetings and regular evaluation of cooperation results.
