The announcement shows that Mr Wu, aged 43, is a serial entrepreneur and strategic investor with over 20 years of experience in real estate development, asset operation, artificial intelligence and the One Person Company (OPC) ecosystem, and graduated from Harbin Institute of Technology. He sits on China's OPC industry standard expert panel and founded the WOPC global alliance. He will lead a new AI and finance team to upgrade the Group's AI+OPC ecosystem. No service agreement was signed; his one-year term is subject to rotation, with fixed pay of HKD400,000 a year.
