NewTimeSpace News: On 11 August 2026, China Railway Group Limited (stock code: 00390) reproduced an announcement posted on the Shanghai Stock Exchange website regarding the coupon rate for its 2026 public issuance of Sci-Tech Innovation Corporate Bonds to Professional Investors (Fourth Tranche).

According to the announcement, the Company's public issuance of corporate bonds to professional investors of no more than RMB 50 billion in aggregate has been approved by the Shanghai Stock Exchange and registered with the China Securities Regulatory Commission under the document CSRC Permit No. 【2025】693. The issuer and the lead underwriters conducted coupon-rate price consultation with professional institutional investors offline on 11 August 2026.
