C C Land Holdings (01224.HK): Expected to Swing to Profit in First Half, Net Profit Around HK$30 Million
NewTimeSpace News: On 6 August 2026, C C Land Holdings (01224.HK) announced that based on preliminary review of the latest unaudited consolidated management accounts, the Group is expected to swing from loss to profit. It will register a net profit attributable to shareholders of approximately HK$30 million for the six months ended 30 June 2026, versus a net loss of about HK$37 million recorded in the corresponding period of 2025.
The announcement stated that the expected net profit is mainly attributable to higher fair value gains arising from the revaluation of the Group’s investment properties in the United Kingdom as at 30 June 2026, partially offset by lower exchange gains recognised during the reporting period.
