NewTimeSpace News: AOM INT'L(00381.HK) announced that due to failure to reach further consensus on key terms, the Company and Yalu Cloud have agreed to terminate the previously‑signed strategic cooperation agreement on 5 August 2026. No binding formal agreement has been concluded. The Board holds the view that the termination will not result in any material adverse impact on the Group’s current operations and financial position.
