NewTimeSpace News: AOM INT'L(00381.HK) released a voluntary announcement on 5 August 2026. As the Company and Yalu Cloud failed to reach further consensus on key cooperation terms, both parties have agreed to terminate the strategic cooperation agreement on 5 August 2026. Consequent to the termination, negotiations have been discontinued and no binding formal agreement has been executed. The Board believes that the termination of the strategic cooperation agreement will not exert any material adverse effect on the Group’s existing operations and financial position.
