Ruihe Data Technology Holdings (03680.HK): Establishes American Depositary Receipt Programme

NewTimeSpace News: On 5 August 2026, Ruihe Data Technology Holdings  (03680.HK) announced that the Company has appointed The Bank of New York Mellon as depositary bank to launch an American Depositary Receipt Programme, effective 31 July 2026 (Eastern Time). Each depositary share represents 20 ordinary shares of the Company, which will be held by a custodian bank in Hong Kong appointed by the depositary bank.

According to the announcement, the number of depositary shares registered by the Company under the Programme is 30 million. The Programme is based on the Company’s existing issued shares and does not involve the issuance of new shares.
