NewTimeSpace News: On 13 August 2026, Ruihe Data Technology Holdings Limited (stock code: 03680) issued a positive profit alert, expecting revenue of approximately RMB 95.0 million to RMB 100.0 million for the six months ended 30 June 2026, down approximately 17% to 21% year on year; while profit attributable to owners of the Company is expected to be approximately RMB 55.0 million to RMB 60.0 million, up approximately 27% to 39% from approximately RMB 43.186 million in the prior-year period.

The announcement attributed the expected increase in profit mainly to a share of profit of approximately RMB 11.843 million from associate Shenzhen Jichuang Investment Enterprise (Limited Partnership), whose operations improved, versus no associate profit in the prior-year period; and decreases in employee benefit expenses of approximately RMB 4.148 million and depreciation and amortisation of approximately RMB 7.668 million, partly offset by a decrease in gross profit of approximately RMB 2.987 million and higher expected credit losses of approximately RMB 5.559 million, narrowing the operating loss by approximately RMB 3.0 million to RMB 3.5 million.
