RUIHE DATA (03680.HK): Unit Completes Subscription for Ligent IPO Shares

NewTimeSpace News: On 23 September 2026, Ruihe Data Technology Holdings Limited (stock code: 03680.HK) announced the completion of a discloseable transaction. The Subscriber, a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company, has been allocated 950,000 Allocated Shares in the International Offering of Ligent Technologies, Inc. at the Offer Price of HK$32.96 per Allocated Share. The aggregate Offer Price of the Allocated Shares amounted to HK$31,312,000.

The total subscription monies paid by the Subscriber amounted to HK$31,627,781.52, comprising the aggregate Offer Price of the Allocated Shares, together with the Brokerage Fee, the SFC transaction levy, the AFRC transaction levy and the Stock Exchange trading fee.

The Offer Shares of Ligent Technologies, Inc. were listed and commenced trading on the Main Board of the Stock Exchange on 22 September 2026 under stock code 9856. Completion of the Subscription and payment of the subscription monies took place on the Listing Date.
