ALPHAMAB ONCOLOGY (09966.HK): Enters JSKN016 Licence Agreement with Pathos AI

NewTimeSpace News: ALPHAMAB ONCOLOGY announced on August 4 that its wholly-owned subsidiary Jiangsu Alphamab entered into a licence agreement with Pathos AI for JSKN016. Pathos AI is granted exclusive rights to research, develop, manufacture and commercialise JSKN016 globally excluding mainland China, Hong Kong, Macau and Taiwan. The upfront payment amounts to US$125 million, with total milestone payments reaching up to US$2.093 billion.

NewTimeSpace News: On August 4, 2026,ALPHAMAB ONCOLOGY(09966.HK) announced that its wholly-owned subsidiary Jiangsu Alphamab signed a licence agreement with Pathos AI in respect of JSKN016, granting Pathos AI exclusive rights to research, develop, manufacture and commercialise JSKN016 in the licensed territories.

Pursuant to the agreement, Jiangsu Alphamab is entitled to receive a non-refundable upfront payment of US$125 million and milestone payments of up to US$2.093 billion, plus tiered royalties at a high single-digit to low double-digit percentage of annual net sales. Jiangsu Alphamab retains all exclusive rights in mainland China, Hong Kong, Macau and Taiwan.

According to the announcement, JSKN016 is a bispecific ADC targeting TROP2 and HER3. Its Phase III clinical trial for the treatment of triple-negative breast cancer is ongoing.
