ALPHAMAB-B (09966.HK): JSKN033 cervical cancer Phase I/II data at ESMO 2026, ORR 41.9%

On October 26, 2026, ALPHAMAB-B (09966.HK) announced that Phase I/II results of JSKN033 in cervical cancer after failure of standard treatment were presented at the 2026 ESMO Congress, with an ORR of 41.9% and a median PFS of 7.0 months.

NewTimeSpace News: On October 26, 2026, Alphamab Oncology (ALPHAMAB-B, 09966.HK) announced that results from the China phase I/II study JSKN033-102, which evaluates JSKN033 — a high-concentration subcutaneous co-formulation of a HER2 bispecific ADC and a PD-L1 immune checkpoint inhibitor — in patients with cervical cancer following failure of standard treatment, were presented at the 2026 ESMO Congress as a rapid oral presentation.

As of June 20, 2026, 64 patients with cervical cancer were enrolled, with 28 receiving 6.7mg/kg and 36 receiving 8.4mg/kg. Among 62 evaluable patients, the ORR was 41.9% and the DCR was 90.3%, with a median PFS of 7.0 months. In the 8.4mg/kg group, the ORR was 52.9%, the DCR was 94.1%, median PFS was 8.2 months and the six-month PFS rate was 65.1%, with consistent efficacy across subgroups by HER2 expression, PD-L1 CPS and prior treatment.

Grade 3 or above TRAEs occurred in 26.6% of patients. Injection site reaction, predominantly grade 1-2, was the most common TRAE, and no TRAE led to dose reduction, discontinuation or death. Interstitial lung disease occurred in 2 patients (3.1%), including one grade 3 event. The company identified 8.4mg/kg as the RP2D, and the data support the ongoing phase III study JSKN033-301.
