Transport International(00062.HK): Change of Company Secretary and Authorised Representative

NewTimeSpace News: Transport Internationa announced in a filing dated 27 July that Mr. Yu Huizhang will retire from his posts as Company Secretary and Authorised Representative, with effect from 1 August 2026. Ms. Cheng Wai Chung has been appointed as the new Company Secretary and Authorised Representative, effective the same date.

NewTimeSpace News: On 27 July 2026, Transport International(00062.HK) issued an announcement. Mr. Yu Huizhang, the Company Secretary, will step down and cease to act as the Company Secretary and the Authorised Representative under Rule 3.05 of the Listing Rules and the Companies Ordinance, effective 1 August 2026. He confirmed there are no disagreements with the Board of Directors.

On the same day, Ms. Cheng Wai Chung was appointed as the Company Secretary and Authorised Representative.
