CanSino Biologics (06185.HK): Supplementary Application for Menhyxin® Accepted, Age Eligibility to Be Expanded to 17 Years Old

NewTimeSpace News: On 19 July 2026, CanSino Biologics (06185.HK) issued an announcement stating that the Company has obtained the Acceptance Notice from the NMPA. The supplementary application seeking to expand the eligible age group of Menhyxin® from "children aged 3 months to 6 years old (83 months)" to "population aged 3 months to 17 years old" has been accepted.

As disclosed in the announcement, Menhyxin® is China’s first tetravalent meningococcal conjugate vaccine. It was approved for marketing in December 2021 and completed its first age expansion to cover children up to 6 years old in February 2026.
