NewTimeSpace News: Renrui Human Resources announced on 15 July that Ms. Wang Xinjie, Non-executive Director, has resigned with effect from 15 July. On the same day, Ms. Gao Yunjie nominated by Beyondsoft was appointed as a Non-executive Director.

NewTimeSpace News: On 15 July 2026, Renrui Human Resources (06919.HK) issued an announcement that Ms. Wang Xinjie, Non-executive Director, tendered her resignation to devote more time to other businesses.

On the same date, Ms. Gao Yunjie was appointed as a Non-executive Director. As disclosed in the announcement, Ms. Gao has served as Senior Investment Director of Beyondsoft since January 2021, in charge of strategic investment and mergers & acquisitions. She previously held the positions of Investment Director at Han’s Laser and Investment Supervisor at State Grid Siji Cybersecurity Technology.
