He confirmed there are no disagreements with the Board of Directors.

On the same day, Ms. Wang Jie was appointed as a Non-executive Director. Ms. Wang confirmed that she has no connections with the Company’s directors, senior management and substantial shareholders, and holds no shares in the Company.
