LEPU BIO (02157.HK): Employee Representative Supervisor Zhao Lixuan Resigned, Ren Fangyuan Appointed as Successor

NewTimeSpace News: LEPU BIO (02157.HK) announced on 15 July that Employee Representative Supervisor Ms. Zhao Lixuan has resigned for career development reasons, with effect from 15 July. Ms. Ren Fangyuan was elected to fill the vacancy effective the same date, serving until the expiry of the current Board of Supervisors term. Aged 25, Ms. Ren joined the Group in August 2025 and currently works as Specialist in Securities Department. She holds no shares in the Company and has no connections with the Company’s directors, supervisors, senior management or substantial shareholders.

NewTimeSpace News: On 15 July 2026, Lepu Bio(02157.HK) issued an announcement. Ms. Zhao Lixuan, Employee Representative Supervisor of the Company, resigned from the position to pursue other career opportunities, effective 15 July 2026. Ms. Zhao confirmed there is no disagreement with the Board of Directors and the Board of Supervisors.

On the same day, Ms. Ren Fangyuan was elected as Employee Representative Supervisor at the Employee Representative Congress. Her term commences on 15 July 2026 and ends upon the expiry of the current term of the Board of Supervisors. Ms. Ren, aged 25, joined the Group in August 2025 and currently serves as Specialist of the Securities Department. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Finance from Concordia University and a Master’s degree in Finance from University of Rochester. The announcement disclosed that Ms. Ren has no relationship with other directors, supervisors, senior management or substantial shareholders of the Company and does not hold any shares in the Company.
