MAPLETREE INDUSTRIAL TRUST: Issues 816,400 New Units to Pay Manager's Base Fee

NewTimeSpace News: On May 8, 2026, Mapletree Industrial Trust announced that the Trustee-Manager, Mapletree Industrial Trust Management Ltd., was issued 816,400 new units at an issue price of S$1.9613 per unit. The issuance of the new units was primarily for the payment of the Manager's base fee in relation to the management of the Trust's properties.

Specifically, 50% of the base fee in respect of 29 data centres in the United States, and 100% of the base fee in respect of the data centre in Osaka, Japan, were paid via the issuance of new units. Following the issuance, the Manager holds approximately 34.4681 million units in the Trust, and the total number of units in issue increased to approximately 2.855 billion units.
