Mongolia Energy (00276.HK): Signs Construction Contract for Production Command Center of Xinjiang Coal Washing Plant Worth RMB 6.53 Million

NewTimeSpace News: On 10 July 2026, Mongolia Energy (00276.HK) issued an announcement. Xinjiang Mengke, its indirect wholly-owned subsidiary, signed a construction contract with Xinjiang Changhua Yongsheng Construction Engineering Co., Limited. The agreement covers the construction of a three-storey production command center within the industrial park coal washing plant in Takeshiken Town, Qinghe County, Altay Prefecture, Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region. The facility will be equipped with meeting rooms, exhibition halls, staff dormitories and a canteen, with a construction period of 63 calendar days commencing on 10 July.

The total contract consideration stands at RMB 6.529999 million (approximately HK$7.5095 million). The contractor was selected via public tender, is an independent third party, and specializes in construction services.
