NEXCHIP(02249.HK): English Corporate Name Changed to Nexchip Semiconductor Corporation
NewTimeSpace News: Hefei Nexchip Integrated Circuit Co., Ltd. (02249.HK) announced that the Companies Registry of Hong Kong has issued a Certificate of Registration of Change of Name for a Registered Non-Hong Kong Company. The Company’s English name has been altered from “Nexchip Semiconductor (China) Limited” to “Nexchip Semiconductor Corporation”, with effect from 6 July 2026.
NewTimeSpace News: Hefei Nexchip Integrated Circuit Co., Ltd. released an announcement dated 7 July 2026. On 6 July 2026, the Registrar of Companies of Hong Kong issued a Certificate of Registration of Change of Name for a Registered Non-Hong Kong Company, confirming that the Company has changed its name pursuant to Part 16 of the Companies Ordinance and is now registered under the English corporate name “Nexchip Semiconductor Corporation”.
The change of the Company’s English corporate name shall not affect any rights of the Company’s shareholders, and the issued H-share certificates shall remain valid title documents. The English and Chinese stock short names of the Company for H-share trading on the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong remain unchanged as “NEXCHIP” and “晶合集成” respectively, and the stock code stays at 02249.
