The resignation arises from failure to reach an agreement on adjusted service fees and shall take effect on 1 August 2026. The Company is required to appoint a replacement compliance adviser within three months from the effective date of resignation.

SPDB International Finance resigned as the Company’s compliance adviser due to failure to reach consensus on adjustments to service fees, with the resignation effective 1 August 2026. Save for the disclosure above, there are no other matters in connection with SPDB International Finance’s resignation requiring shareholders’ attention.
