XUNCE (03317.HK) plans to issue in total 7.28 million shares by placement, with estimated net proceeds of HKD 771 million
NewTimeSpace (newtimespace.com) News, XUNCE (03317.HK) announced on Jul 3, 2026 that the company has entered into a placement agreement with the placement agent on Jul 2, 2026. According to the agreement, the placing agent conditionally agreed to use its best endeavors to procure placees to subscribe for in total 7.28 million shares placement, which represent approximately 2.3% of the company's existing issued share capital as of the date of this announcement, and approximately 2.2% after the subscription.
The placement price per share is HKD 107.7, at a discount of approximately 13% to the closing price of HKD 123.8 per share on the HKEX on the date of the placement agreement. The total proceeds from the placement are estimated to be about HKD 784 million. After deducting the placement commission, professional fees, and all related expenses that the company may incur, the net proceeds from the placement are estimated to be approximately HKD 771 million.
