XUNCE (03317.HK): Signs Strategic Cooperation MOU with Jiangsu Tianhe Computing Power Technology Co., Ltd. to Explore Energy Vertical LLM and Token Factory Commercialization

NewTimeSpace News: Xunce (03317.HK) announced that the Company has signed a strategic cooperation MOU with Tianhe Computing Power, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Trina Solar, to cooperate on energy vertical large language models, data assetization, power-computing coordination and Token factory commercialization, jointly building energy data infrastructure, creating green computing application scenarios and exploring energy Token factory business models; the MOU does not yet constitute a specific business contract.

NewTimeSpace News: Shenzhen Xunce Technology Co., Ltd. (stock code: 03317) announced on August 7 that the Company has formally signed a strategic cooperation memorandum of understanding with Jiangsu Tianhe Computing Power Technology Co., Ltd. ("Tianhe Computing Power"). Tianhe Computing Power is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Trina Solar Co., Ltd., a leading listed global photovoltaic company, focusing on green intelligent computing and "AI+" businesses. In recent years, it has advanced "power-computing coordination" targeting artificial intelligence data centers (AIDC), deploying computing bases through source-grid-load-storage integration, direct green power supply and high-power liquid-cooled cabinets.

According to the announcement, the strategic cooperation will fully integrate the resources and advantages of both parties in data, computing power, energy and industry channels, covering energy vertical large language models, data assetization, power-computing coordination and computing power collaboration, and Token factory commercialization, jointly exploring data infrastructure and energy Token factory models under the integration of AI and energy. The cooperation marks the further extension of the Company's data Tokenization capability into the photovoltaic energy industry.

In terms of specific cooperation, the two parties will jointly build energy data infrastructure and vertical LLM capabilities, with the Company leveraging its capabilities in data infrastructure, data governance, data fusion and data modeling to support the aggregation, cleaning and annotation of multi-source heterogeneous data from distributed energy, IoT devices and power station operations, while Tianhe Computing Power provides actual business scenarios and industry experience in photovoltaics, energy storage and power station operations. The two parties will create power-computing coordination and green computing application scenarios, centering on Tianhe Computing Power's "power supply to IDC" business transformation and leveraging its computing base layout in green power-rich regions such as Ulanqab in Inner Mongolia and Zhongwei in Ningxia, exploring cooperation models including computing equipment investment, computing services, computing scheduling and computing hosting. The two parties will also explore energy Token factory business models and data assetization applications, achieving flexible billing through subscription, transaction-based or pay-per-Token models, and promoting the compliant governance, rights confirmation and assetization of operational data accumulated from power stations and data centers, facilitating participation in the data factor market.

Based on all reasonable enquiries made by the Directors, Tianhe Computing Power and its beneficial owners are independent third parties independent of the Company and its connected persons. The agreement signed is a strategic cooperation MOU, and specific business cooperation and cooperation models will be subject to further negotiation between the Company and the counterparty, and formal business contracts will be signed in due course subject to approvals in accordance with relevant laws and regulations and their respective procedures and actual market conditions. The Company reminded shareholders and potential investors to exercise caution when dealing in the Company's shares.
